Hello! A month ago, we arrived from North Carolina with our family, carrying lots of emotions and hoping everything would fall into place. Today, as we begin this new chapter in our Florida home, we just want to say thank you. This Airbnb wasn’t just a place to stay, it became our home during one of the biggest transitions of our lives. It gave us peace, comfort, and beautiful memories we’ll always treasure. To our wonderful neighbors, Donna, Frank, and Raymond, thank you for making us feel so welcome from day one. Your kindness meant more than you know. And the golf cart… that was definitely the highlight of the year for our kids! 🚙💛 They had the best time exploring this beautiful community, making memories, and feeling right at home. Thank you for helping make our transition from North Carolina to Florida so much easier and so much sweeter. We will always look back on this month with gratitude and a smile. This place was gorgeous. Clean, pretty, beautiful decor throughout. Beds were extremely comfy & the kitchen had every appliance imaginable so we could cook for the month we were there, just like being at home. The golf cart was so cool! Speakers, backup camera, CarPlay, electric so no worry about noise & gas! Close to Sawgrass (15-18 min by golf cart) & even closer to the new beautiful Eastport, lots of pools to choose from nearby - both Adult & Family, Saluki Rec Center nearby had very cool dog theme decor & all sorts of games. We even took a beginner pickleball class, & I took a few line dance classes too! It’s the place to be! Amazing month! Also, when our dishwasher wasn’t working well, the rental company sent out a repairman who fixed it right away!

We had a wonderful stay! Home was very well stocked and beds comfortable. AJ Concierge is a wonderful management company with which to work! We are using them again next year for our rental needs!

Loved it. Brand new house equipped with all the comforts of home. Great floor plan layout for privacy and comfort. The use of the golf cart was great to get around especially with covers for chilly days. AJ Concierge was very responsive each time we needed to communicate. Wish all my AirB&B experiences were this NICE!

We recently rented a home with A&J Concierge on Coffman Loop. This is a beautiful home in a fantastic location! This was our first time in the villages and we absolutely loved it. The home was very clean, beautifully decorated, and well-stocked with all your basic needs. We had so much fun exploring the golf cart trails and also riding the bikes provided for additional exploring. The trail right beside the property was so convenient for walking our dog. We enjoyed the sparkling clean pool and hot tub every day too! A&J were so pleasant to work with and quick to respond. If you choose to rent this home, you will not be disappointed!!
