Meet Alex
Co-Founder & Property Operations
Alex brings over 25 years of experience caring for people and delivering exceptional customer service with empathy, consistency, and attention to detail. Alongside Jessie, he has spent many years investing in and managing real estate, understanding firsthand the level of trust homeowners place in those caring for their properties.
Alex oversees the operations side of every home — coordinating inspections, maintenance, and vendor management to ensure each property is maintained with care and consistency. He understands that every home is a major investment and that property management requires responsiveness, accountability, and genuine care for both the property and the people staying in it.
Meet Jessie
Co-Founder & Owner Relations
Jessie is a licensed Real Estate Professional with more than 25 years of experience, including senior leadership roles within Fortune 500 companies where she specialized in solutions designed around customer financial needs and operational excellence. Together with Alex and the A&J team, she has helped manage and support more than 4,500+ bookings throughout The Villages.
Jessie understands that every property owner has different goals — whether maximizing occupancy, protecting the condition of their home, or balancing long-term property value with rental income. She helps build systems and processes that create a smoother, more transparent experience, knowing that entrusting someone with your home is a responsibility A&J never takes lightly.
Meet Laura
Operations & Guest Services
Laura manages day-to-day operations and guest communications, ensuring every property runs smoothly from check-in to check-out. She is a key point of contact for guests throughout their stay — handling questions, requests, and coordination with care and responsiveness.
Working alongside Alex, Jessie, and the rest of the A&J team, Laura helps keep every reservation on track — from pre-arrival preparation through departure. Her attention to detail and genuine care for guests help create the seamless, welcoming experience that makes a stay in The Villages memorable.
Meet Stacy
Operations & Owner Services
Stacy oversees day-to-day operations and helps manage owner relationships across the AJ Home Rentals portfolio. She is often the friendly voice behind the phone and the detail behind the paperwork — keeping every reservation, account, and request organized and on track.
Working closely with Alex, Jessie, and the rest of the team, Stacy ensures communication flows smoothly between homeowners, guests, and vendors. Her warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail help keep the office running efficiently so the rest of the team can focus on what they do best — caring for homes and the people who stay in them.
Together, Alex, Jessie, Laura, Stacy, and the A&J team genuinely love what they do: helping homeowners feel confident and cared for while creating memorable experiences for guests visiting one of the most unique communities in Florida.
