Whether you’re planning a vacation, an extended seasonal stay, or a visit to explore The Villages lifestyle, you’ll have a welcoming place to come home to. 🛏️ TWO COMFORTABLE BEDROOMS Designed for up to four guests, the home offers: • Primary bedroom with a queen bed, Smart TV, spacious closet, and private ensuite bathroom. • Guest bedroom with a queen bed and Smart TV. • A second full bathroom conveniently located near the guest bedroom. Both bedrooms provide a comfortable place to unwind after a day of Florida sunshine. 🛋️ RELAX WITH THREE RECLINERS Make yourself comfortable! The living area features three recliners, a Smart TV, and an open layout that connects the kitchen, dining, and living spaces. Enjoy a movie night, catch up on your favorite shows, or simply put your feet up after exploring the community. Smart TVs in the living room and both bedrooms let everyone enjoy their own entertainment. Guests may sign in to their personal streaming accounts. 🍳 OPEN KITCHEN & EASY DINING The kitchen features a center island and the everyday essentials for preparing meals during your stay, including cookware, utensils, dishes, glassware, a coffee maker, toaster, and blender. From a simple breakfast before golf to a relaxed dinner at home, the open layout makes cooking and spending time together easy. 🌿 SCREENED LANAI & BBQ GRILL Start your morning with coffee on the covered, screened lanai or settle into the outdoor seating for a quiet evening. A BBQ grill is also available for casual meals at home. Please use the grill outdoors in the designated grilling area. 🚗 PARKING & GOLF CART RENTALS The home offers a one-car garage, separate golf cart garage, and driveway parking. A golf cart is not included with this rental. After booking, AJ Home Rentals will share a list of local golf cart rental providers so you can arrange a cart that suits your stay. Golf cart travel follows designated routes and generally takes longer. 🪪 IMPORTANT: THE VILLAGES LIFESTYLE IDs Paid rental guests need Temporary Resident Lifestyle IDs to access eligible resident recreation and lifestyle privileges during their approved stay. After booking, AJ Home Rentals will provide instructions for requesting your IDs. The Villages currently charges a nonrefundable $50 processing fee per household/property for up to two Temporary Resident Lifestyle IDs, paid directly to The Villages at pickup. Please bring government-issued photo identification. The Villages currently accepts cash or check for this fee. If more than two guests are staying, the Temporary Resident Lifestyle ID holders may request Guest IDs for additional eligible guests, subject to The Villages’ rules. Guest IDs provide different privileges and are not a substitute for the primary renters’ Temporary Resident Lifestyle IDs. ID eligibility and issuance are controlled by The Villages and may depend on the property and length of stay. Some homes or areas have minimum-stay requirements for Temporary Resident Lifestyle IDs.
