After booking, AJ Home Rentals will provide instructions for requesting your IDs. The Villages currently charges a nonrefundable $50 processing fee per household/property for up to two Temporary Resident Lifestyle IDs, paid directly to The Villages at pickup. Please bring government-issued photo identification. The Villages currently accepts cash or check for the processing fee. For groups larger than two, the Temporary Resident Lifestyle ID holders may request Guest IDs for additional eligible guests, subject to The Villages’ rules. Guest IDs provide different privileges and are not a substitute for the primary renters’ Temporary Resident Lifestyle IDs. ID eligibility and issuance are controlled by The Villages and may depend on the property and length of stay. Some homes or areas have minimum-stay requirements for Temporary Resident Lifestyle IDs.
